The greatest stories
are written
with values
at the heart of people

Throughout time, we have sought to achieve a sense of “duty fulfilled” — combining rigor and artistry in every project we undertake. To us, fulfilling that duty means leaving behind a word and a smile of satisfaction in others, becoming part of their lasting memory. We apply the value of aesthetics to everything we do, working across diverse business areas with the ambition to build a better society.

We honor our roots and uphold loyalty as a hallmark of trust. We face new challenges with courage, seize opportunities with passion, and give back through solidarity. We embrace distinction and responsibility with respect and commitment.

LIVING LAB

in partnership with the Norman Foster Foundation and architect Inês Lobo

The Living Lab is dstgroup’s R&D project focused on industrialised construction, developed in partnership with the Norman Foster Foundation and architect Inês Lobo. Located on the group’s campus in Braga, this full-scale modular prototype explores new architectural and construction approaches, with a focus on flexibility and sustainability.
With 4,000 m² and around 100 units, it was designed to accommodate a range of uses — from student residences to hospitality and healthcare — integrating supporting infrastructure and a fully functional ecosystem.
Presented at international events including the 2025 Milan Triennale and the Centre Pompidou, the project showcases innovation developed in Portugal and reinforces dstgroup’s ongoing commitment to more efficient and responsible construction practices.

all of us

building the future with purpose

At dstgroup, sustainability and innovation go hand in hand. We have long integrated environmental considerations into our management system, adopting practices that minimise our environmental impact and promote the responsible use of natural resources. We focus on efficiency, waste reduction and the transition towards smarter construction methods, such as industrialised construction.
